Product Description
Acouslime 3-in-1 EXTRA is the adhesive we use and sell for glue-down installations of engineered timber flooring. It is a ready-to-use, high-elastic-strength timber flooring adhesive based on Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP), with a built-in moisture vapour barrier and no solvents or isocyanates. One product does the job of three: adhesive, moisture barrier and filler, applied in a single step.

Frequently asked questions
Do I still need a moisture barrier?
No. The adhesive contains a moisture vapour barrier, which is what makes it suitable for glue-down over concrete.
Can it be used with underfloor heating?
Yes, it has been tested with subfloor heating.
Can I use it for hybrid flooring?
No. Hybrid flooring is a floating click floor and is not glued down.
